Statement Of Belief

Our faith is rooted in the belief that the Bible is the word of Yah (God), and that the original manuscripts are free from error and contradictions. We believe that the Bible is truth, and that it was not written in English, so we study the Hebrew, Greek, Aramaic, and Latin versions. While we use the KJV for most of our studies, we do not have a "KJV Only" policy and occasionally reference other versions. We believe that outside sources are important for understanding the historical context in which the text is written, but we rely on the Bible alone for matters of salvation and spirituality.

John 16:13

“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”

We believe the Bible is the Word of Yah (God) and that the original manuscripts, written in Hebrew, Greek, Aramaic, and Latin, are free from error and contradiction. The Bible is truth (John 17:17) and the final authority for salvation and spiritual life.

While we primarily use the King James Version (KJV), we do not follow a “KJV Only” doctrine and consult other translations and original-language texts for clarity and context. Historical sources may aid understanding, but the Bible alone determines matters of salvation and faith.

We believe the Spirit of Truth guides believers into all truth (John 16:13).

Salvation is by grace alone through faith (Ephesians 2:8). If one confesses with their mouth and believes in their heart that Jesus—Yeshua, known by His name in any language—was raised from the dead, they shall be saved (Romans 10:9).

Salvation is not based on race and is not limited to Israel alone. People of all nations may be saved through faith. While we believe some descendants of the biblical Israelites were scattered throughout the world through slavery and forced migration, salvation remains universally available through Messiah.

Regarding the Trinity

We believe that Yah (God) (The Father), Yashua (Jesus) (The Son), and The Holy Ruach (Spirit) are three distinct manifestations/persons of Yah (God), but that they are all one. We believe that Yashua (Jesus) is the Son of Yah (God), that He is Yah (God) in the flesh, and that He died and rose again. We believe that the Holy Ruach (Spirit) is the Comforter sent by Yashua (Jesus) and that it lives within us once we are saved.

We believe that salvation is through grace alone, and that it is available to anyone who confesses with their mouth and believes in their heart that Yashua (Jesus) was raised from the dead (Romans 10:9-19). We do not believe that salvation is based on race or only for Israelites.

Regarding prophecy, we believe in a rapture-type event, but the timing of it is of no importance for salvation and sharing the Gospel. We follow the commandments and laws not to earn salvation, but because of our salvation, as it is through belief in Yashua (Jesus) that we are redeemed to Yah (God). We avoid violating the law because of the Messiah's teachings and example, which inspire us to avoid sinful behavior.

 Romans 6:12-14 12

Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. 13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto Yah (God), as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto Yah (God).

We believe in community, we strive to be doers of the Word and not just hearers of the Word, putting our faith into action and living out the teachings of the Bible every day. We believe that everything we need for life and Yah (God)liness is found in the Holy Scriptures, and we urge everyone to seek the truth for themselves by studying the Word of YAHUAH diligently.

Denominations

  • We do not believe that denominations were / are sanctioned by God.

  • We believe that denominations cause unnecessary divisions in the body of believers.

  • We believe we are to mark those that cause division in the body and avoid them.

Replacement Theology

  • We do not believe in replacement theology at all.

Truth To Transform

  • John 16:13 promises that the Holy Spirit—the Spirit of truth—will guide believers into all truth, deepening their understanding of Yashua (Christ), Yah's (God’s) will, and what is to come. We believe this guidance is not confined to a church building but can occur in any place, circumstance, or condition, whether one is free or in bondage.

Isaiah 30:21

“And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.”
